The bill (Reg. No.7450) specifies and harmonizes several provisions of the Budget Code of Ukraine due to adoption of the Tax Code of Ukraine.
The bill amends the Budget Code of Ukraine in the following aspects:
changes in the name of several taxes and duties (compulsory charges): the individual income tax; the environmental tax; the excise duty; the charge for the first registration of a motor vehicle; the charge for the special water use; etc.
abolition of several taxes and duties (compulsory charges), including the charge for exploration works;
specification of provisions due to invalidation of several legislative acts under the Tax Code of Ukraine.
The bill also amends the Code of Ukraine on Mineral Resources; the Laws "On Oil and Gas", "On State Geological Survey of Ukraine", "On Nuclear Waste Treatment", "On Privatization of Facilities of the Uncompleted Construction", "On Economic Entities", "On Joint-Stock Enterprises", "On Administration of the State-Owned Facilities", "On Lease of State-Owned and Municipal Property", and "On Judicial System and the Status of Judges."
